1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Automated CRE Authority platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and students of the Platform.
2. Course Access & License
Upon purchase of a course, Automated CRE Authority grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or distributing any course materials, login credentials, or proprietary frameworks provided within the Platform.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices on the Platform are listed in USD. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to gain access to course content and tools. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, and you agree to their terms of service during the checkout process.
4. 14-Day Refund Policy
We stand behind our training. Students are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase, provided they have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact support@automatedcreauthority.com with your order details and reason for the request.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Please note that no refunds will be issued after the 14-day window has closed or for the AI Toolkit if it has been accessed/downloaded.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, tools, software, frameworks, and materials provided on the Platform are the exclusive property of Automated CRE Authority and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial results, income levels, or business outcomes. Individual results vary significantly based on effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Automated CRE Authority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in question.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these terms, including but not limited to: unauthorized sharing of login credentials, reselling course materials, attempting to reverse engineer our proprietary tools, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
